Welcome to Inspirean, LLC (“Inspirean,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of the Inspirean website (https://www.inspirean.com) (“Website”), participation in Inspirean events, and the use of any products or services provided by Inspirean. By accessing, using, subscribing, or placing an order through the Website, you hereby affirm your acceptance and agreement to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you must cease all use of the Website and refrain from participating in Inspirean events or purchasing Inspirean products and services.

Purpose of this Agreement

This Agreement establishes the contractual terms and conditions between you (“User”) and Inspirean, LLC. It governs your access to and usage of the Website, participation in Inspirean events, and engagement with Inspirean’s products and services. Please review these Terms carefully, as they include disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and mandatory dispute resolution provisions.

1. Website Use

The Website is strictly intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older who are engaged in lawful business activities. By accessing and using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the Website, including but not limited to violations of intellectual property laws, is expressly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.

2. Participation Policy

Educational Framework: Inspirean events are designed for educational purposes only and are not intended to serve as substitutes for professional mental health treatment or therapeutic services.

Health Disclaimer: Participation in Inspirean events is expressly discouraged for individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders, those institutionalized for mental health concerns within the preceding 12 months, or individuals currently receiving professional mental health treatment within the last six months. Inspirean reserves the exclusive right to deny participation if these conditions are determined to exist.

Class and Workshop Recordings: Inspirean may record live classes, workshops, and virtual sessions for internal training, development, and quality assurance purposes. These recordings are confidential and not shared publicly.

While replays may occasionally be offered for select workshops or community sessions, core classes such as Genesis, Ecstasis, and Atlas are not made available for replay in order to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of the customer experience.

Due to the personal and transformative nature of Inspirean programs, all recordings are handled with the utmost care to protect all participants’ privacy and confidentiality. By attending an Inspirean program, you acknowledge and agree to this practice.

3. Guarantees

1. “I’ll Pay You to Breakthrough” Guarantee
At Inspirean, we stand behind the transformational power of Genesis. To remove all risk, we offer the following guarantee:

Double Your Money Back Guarantee

Simply complete Genesis and we will pay you back double what you paid to attend if the program does not deliver the value promised.

Participants may qualify through one of two paths.

Path 1 — Completion Refund (Honored Commitment)

Participants who attend Genesis on their originally confirmed dates, complete all program requirements, and submit the required Genesis Review Survey within 72 hours of completing the event are automatically eligible for a full refund of their tuition.

This benefit is reserved exclusively for participants who honor their originally confirmed commitment window.

If you move your confirmed Genesis seat to a later date, you forfeit eligibility for the Path 1 Completion Refund.

Path 2 — Double Your Money Back Guarantee

Available to all participants, including those who move their confirmed seat to a later date.
After attending and completing Genesis in full, if you do not feel absolutely certain that the breakthroughs you received will return at least 100X your investment, Inspirean will refund double the tuition you paid to attend.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for either refund path, participants must complete the Genesis experience in full, including:

      • Completion of all onboarding requirements prior to the event
      • Completion of Genesis Essentials
      • Completion of the Success Call
      • Scheduling or booking of the Action Call
      • Full participation in the Genesis event
      • Completion of all exercises and assignments provided
      • Submission of the Genesis Review Survey within 72 hours of completing Genesis

Failure to complete any required component disqualifies eligibility for the guarantee.

Refund Submission Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of completing Genesis.

All refund requests must be sent in writing to [email protected].

Once a Genesis event concludes, associated costs are immediately finalized. These costs include facilitator fees, vendor fees, staffing, and event production expenses. For this reason, refund requests submitted outside the 72 hour window will not qualify.

Refund Process

      • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 72 hours of event completion
      • Inspirean reserves the right to verify attendance, participation, assignment completion, and survey submission before processing refunds
      • Approved refunds will be processed in U.S. Dollars

Limitations

      • This guarantee applies only to the Genesis program
      • Refunds apply only to the original participant and are non transferable
      • Participants who fail to meet the eligibility requirements are not eligible for refunds
      • Guarantees cannot be combined or stacked. Each participant may qualify for only one refund claim
      • Inspirean reserves the right to adjust pricing or run promotions at any time. Refunds or adjustments based on price differences between purchase date and current promotional pricing will not be provided

Seat Move Policy

Participants who honor their originally confirmed Genesis dates remain eligible for the Path 1 Completion Refund, provided all requirements are met.

Participants who move their confirmed seat to a later date remain eligible only for the Path 2 Double Your Money Back Guarantee, provided all requirements are completed after attending the rescheduled event.

Pre Policy Update Purchases

Participants who purchased Genesis prior to this policy update remain governed by the guarantee terms presented to them at the time of purchase.

Under those original terms:

      • Completing Genesis entitled the participant to a full refund regardless of seat move history
      • Participants dissatisfied after completing Genesis were eligible for the Double Your Money Back Guarantee

These participants will continue to be honored under those original terms.

4. Transfers and Cancellations

Transfers:

      • Registrants are permitted a one-time transfer of their event registration to an alternative available date, provided the request is submitted at least 14 days before the original event date.
      • Additional transfers may incur an administrative fee of $300 per request.
      • Transfer requests must be submitted to [email protected] and are subject to availability.

Cancellations:

      • Payments are strictly non-refundable, except for cancellations made within three (3) business days of registration.
      • Registrants must cancel before the event start date to qualify for any refund.
      • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
      • Any promotional bonuses, discounts, or complimentary items associated with a registration will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation or refund.

5. Payments, Fees, Order Placement and Acceptance.

A. Registration Fulfillment Policy

For all Inspirean programs, registration is considered fulfilled once a participant has been provided a reasonable opportunity to attend the program within the designated fulfillment window outlined below, regardless of actual attendance.

      • Genesis: Genesis is an online program offered on a recurring basis. If a participant does not attend within ninety (90) days of registration, or after being offered three (3) consecutive available class dates, whichever occurs first, the registration will be considered fulfilled. Participants are responsible for selecting and attending a session within this timeframe.
      • Advanced Courses (including but not limited to Leader of the Code, Promethean, Ecstasis, Atlas, and Eminence): If a participant does not attend within eighteen (18) months of their original registration, or after being offered two (2) consecutive available course dates, whichever occurs first, the registration will be considered fulfilled.
        Date changes for Advanced Courses requested within sixty (60) days of the scheduled course may be subject to a transfer fee of up to $1,500.

Inspirean will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests; however, it is the participant’s responsibility to select and attend a course within the designated fulfillment window. Failure to do so does not extend eligibility, and refunds or additional rescheduling outside of this policy are not guaranteed.

B. Advanced Course Payment Terms and Refund Policy

All Advanced Courses offered by Inspirean, including but not limited to Leader of the Code, Promethean, Ecstasis, Atlas, and Eminence, are non-refundable.

Except where a specific written guarantee is expressly stated for a particular program, all payments made toward Advanced Courses are final and non-refundable, whether paid in full or through a payment plan.

If a participant enrolls in a payment plan or makes partial payments and does not complete the remaining balance, participation, access, and deliverables will be aligned with the highest level of program fully paid for at that time. Access to higher-tier components, services, or benefits will only be granted once the required payment threshold has been completed.

By enrolling in an Advanced Course, the participant acknowledges and agrees that Inspirean allocates resources, including but not limited to staffing, facilitation, event production, and participant support, based on enrollment. As such, all purchases of Advanced Courses represent a commitment to the full program experience and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

C. Order Placement and Acceptance

Orders for products or services will be deemed accepted upon receipt of payment, subject to verification and approval by Inspirean.

Inspirean reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, refuse, or limit any order for any reason.

The availability of products or services is not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued at any time. In the event Inspirean cancels an order, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

6. Refunds for Hard Goods

Requests for refunds of physical products are subject to the following conditions:

      • Products must be returned in a like-new, resalable condition as determined by Inspirean’s inspection.
      • Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment only after the returned product has been reviewed and approved.

7. Privacy Policy and Personal Information

All personal information submitted via the Website is governed by Inspirean’s Privacy Policy, which Inspirean reserves the right to amend at any time.

8. Inspirean SMS Terms of Service

A. Program Overview:

Welcome to the Inspirean SMS service! By opting in, you agree to receive periodic SMS messages from Inspirean LLC. These messages may include alerts, updates, promotions, notifications or other relevant information related to our services.

B. Message Frequency:

Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 25 messages per month from us.

C. Costs:

Standard message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service provider for details on any fees that might be applicable.

D. Customer Support:

E. Opt-Out Instructions:

To stop receiving SMS messages from us, reply, “QUIT” or “STOP” to any message.

Upon receipt of your request, you will no longer receive messages from Inspirean.

G. Terms and Conditions Updates:

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the service will signify your acceptance of these changes.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspirean, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, participation in events, or breach of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these Terms, your use of Inspirean’s products or services, or your relationship with Inspirean shall be exclusively resolved through mandatory and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Class actions and jury trials are expressly waived. The arbitration will take place in Contra Costa County, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Inspirean be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Inspirean’s liability is capped at an amount equal to the payments made by you in the three months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim or $2,000, whichever is greater.

12. Automatic Enrollment, Payment, and Cancellation

Subscription Terms:

      • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
      • Users must provide a minimum of 10 days’ notice to cancel monthly subscriptions.

Book Orders:

      • Delivery of free book orders requires a one-time shipping fee of $8.95.
      • Refunds for dissatisfaction include reimbursement of the shipping fee without requiring the return of the book.

13. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Inspirean’s policies. Delivery timelines are estimates and Inspirean is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

14. Products, Services, and Prices Available on the Website

Inspirean reserves the right to update or discontinue products and services without prior notice. Pricing is subject to change, and Inspirean is not liable for typographical errors or pricing discrepancies.

15. Inspirean Affiliate Disclaimer

Inspirean may offer you the opportunity to become an independent Inspirean Affiliate (“Affiliate”), where you can earn commissions for promoting Inspirean programs, products, or services. By enrolling in the Inspirean Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

A. Commissions

      • Inspirean Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions based on successful sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
      • Standard commission rates are up to 50% on qualifying Genesis sales. Rates may vary by product and are subject to change at Inspirean’s sole discretion.
      • Commissions are paid only on completed transactions in which Inspirean receives payment in full. Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will result in forfeited or “clawed back” commissions.
      • All commissions are paid in U.S. Dollars (USD), typically via Bill.com (or another method designated by Inspirean).

B. Eligibility and Status

      • To qualify as an Inspirean Affiliate, you must be a customer in good standing and maintain compliance with these terms.
      • Inspirean reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions if fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant practices are detected.
      • Affiliates are not permitted to purchase Inspirean products through their own affiliate links for the purpose of earning commissions.

C. Marketing and Compliance

      • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards, including FTC endorsement guidelines.
      • Affiliates may not use “Inspirean,” “Genesis,” or other Inspirean trademarks in domain names, paid ads, or social handles without prior written approval.
      • Misrepresentation of Inspirean programs, creating false claims, or suggesting guaranteed results is strictly prohibited.
      • Affiliates may not use copyrighted materials (such as Inspirean sales videos, course content, or imagery) without express permission.

D. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of Inspirean. Affiliates have no authority to act on behalf of or bind Inspirean in any way.

E. No Guarantee of Income

Inspirean does not promise or guarantee that you will earn money as an Affiliate. Success depends on your own marketing efforts, compliance, and ability to generate qualified sales.

F. Termination

Any affiliate found violating these terms will be immediately removed from the program, lose commission eligibility, and may be permanently banned without reinstatement.

16. Important Disclosure

Content provided by Inspirean is intended for general educational purposes and does not constitute personalized financial, investment, or legal advice. Trading securities carries inherent risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

17. Additional Remedies

Inspirean retains the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies to enforce compliance with these Terms.

18. Termination

Inspirean reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Website or services for violations of these Terms. All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination remain enforceable.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes not resolved via arbitration shall be litigated exclusively in Contra Costa County, California.

20. Changes to the Agreement

Inspirean reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
