Welcome to the Inspirean Affiliate Program — a referral partnership for approved Genesis graduates and active Forum community members. This document outlines how the program works, how commissions are earned and paid, and the terms you agree to as a referral partner.

The Program at a Glance

• Commission rate: 50% on Genesis (plus commissions on all front-end products)
• Eligible products: Genesis, Instantly Rewired audios, Rider tickets, Harnessing the Power Code mini course, and future front-end products
• Attribution: 90-day cookie tracking
• Payment: 15th of every month for the prior month’s sales, via Bill.com (USD)

• Clawback: Refunds may result in commission withholding from current or future payouts

Who Can Become a Referral Partner

The Inspirean Affiliate Program is open to people who meet both of the following requirements:

• Genesis graduate — you’ve completed the full 3-day Genesis class
• Active Forum community member in good standing

This program is not open to the general public. We’re intentionally selective so referral partners can speak authentically to the work they’re sharing.

Eligibility & Getting Started

Q1: I’m not a Forum Member. How much does it cost?
Our Forum Membership is $395 per year. However, when you act during this special promotional window, you’ll get a FULL 365-day trial for FREE. Plus we’ll take an extra $100 off your annual rate, making it just $295 per year to be a member. That means if you refer just two people per year to Genesis, your membership pays for itself. And that doesn’t even include all the money you’ll save upgrading to our advanced courses.

Q2: Where do I access my member benefits?
You can access everything included in your Forum Membership directly in your member portal at genesis.inspirean.com and in our exclusive members-only Facebook group (link in your member portal). This includes business training courses, invitations to live workshops, live and recorded access to the Monday Motivational calls, your affiliate portal, and more.

Q3: What resources do I get as a referral partner?
In your members area, you’ll find a full training section on how to use your affiliate portal, links, and assets. You’ll have a link to refer your prospects to our automated webinars if they need more information about Genesis, and a link to refer them directly to our Genesis class if they’re ready to go.

Commissions & Payments

Q4: How much do I earn per sale?
You earn 50% commission on every qualifying Genesis sale referred through your unique affiliate link.

Q5: What products can I earn commissions on?
We pay commissions on ALL of our front-end products including Genesis, Instantly Rewired audios, Rider tickets, our Harnessing the Power Code mini course, and any other future products we roll out on the front end. This means you can earn far more than just 50% of the Genesis ticket.

Q6: How will I get paid the commissions I earn?
We pay our referral partners through Bill.com. We’ll show you how to create a free account, and you can have your commissions deposited into the bank account of your choice.

Q7: How often will I get paid?
We pay out commissions on the 15th of every month for the previous calendar month’s sales. Example: If you refer someone between June 1st – 30th, you’ll get paid on July 15th.

Q8: Is there a minimum payout threshold?
No. If you’ve earned commissions, you’ll be paid.

Q9: I’m International. Will this work for me?
Absolutely! We’ll pay your commissions in U.S. dollars (USD) via Bill.com, and you can have it deposited into most international bank accounts.

Q10: What about taxes?
For tax purposes, referral partners are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on commissions earned. U.S.-based referral partners will receive standard tax documentation (such as a 1099-NEC) where applicable. Consult a tax professional for questions specific to your situation.

Tracking & Attribution

Q11: How long is someone cookied to my affiliate link?
When you refer someone into our funnels, they’re cookied and coded to you for 90 days. That means when they purchase anything within 90 days of clicking your link, you earn the commission.

Q12: What if I refer someone who’s already on your email list?
It doesn’t matter. As long as they click and sign up from your affiliate link, you’ll keep the commission.

Refunds & Clawbacks

Q13: What if someone I refer refunds? Do I still get paid?
Our affiliate program is about us partnering together and sharing the revenue. We can only pay you from what we earn and keep. If your referral refunds before your commission is paid, we will withhold that commission. If they refund after your commission is paid, we reserve the right to withhold a future commission to maintain the integrity of this partnership and retain a win-win relationship.

Marketing & Compliance

Q14: Where can I share my affiliate link?
You’re welcome to share your link anywhere you see fit — email, social, DMs, ads, etc.

Q15: Can I run ads to my affiliate link?
Yes. You’re welcome to run ads to promote Genesis. For legal reasons, you’ll want to use your own landing page to do so, and we show you how to set it all up in the affiliate training.

Q16: How do I disclose that I’m a referral partner?
Clearly and visibly, every time. In every social post, email, testimonial, review, podcast, video, or other communication where you promote Genesis or share your affiliate link, you must disclose that you may earn a commission.

Plain language is fine. Example: “I’m an Inspirean referral partner — I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link.” The FTC requires this, and it builds trust with your audience.

Q17: What am I not allowed to do?
A few things are off-limits to protect you, your audience, and the brand:

• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Inspirean programs, results, or outcomes
• Promise guaranteed financial, emotional, medical, or therapeutic outcomes
• Use Inspirean trademarks, brand names, logos, or look-alike accounts in domain names, paid ads, or social handles without prior written authorization
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly share Inspirean’s proprietary materials — sales videos, event recordings, trainings, or copyrighted content — without express written permission
• Purchase Inspirean products through your own affiliate link for self-referral or commission manipulation

Program Terms & Status

Q18: What’s my relationship with Inspirean?
Being part of the Affiliate Program makes you a referral partner — your opportunity to earn commissions for every qualified customer you refer to Inspirean programs and products.

Q19: Are earnings guaranteed?
No. Inspirean makes no guarantees regarding referral partner earnings, sales performance, or financial outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, marketing practices, audience engagement, and external factors.

Q20: Can Inspirean change the program?
Yes. Inspirean reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the program, commission rates, attribution model, payout schedule, or eligibility requirements at any time.

Q21: What happens if I violate the terms?
Referral partners found in violation of these Terms may be removed from the program immediately, forfeit unpaid commissions, and be permanently prohibited from future participation.

Disclaimers

Inspirean Affiliate Program Terms

Inspirean may offer approved participants the opportunity to become an Inspirean referral partner (“Referral Partner” or “Affiliate”), allowing them to earn commissions for referring qualified customers to Inspirean programs, products, or services. Participation in the Inspirean Affiliate Program requires enrollment and approval through Inspirean’s official Affiliate Program registration process. Individuals are not considered Inspirean referral partners unless they have completed the required registration process and have been approved by Inspirean.

By enrolling in or participating in the Inspirean Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A. Commissions

• • Approved referral partners are eligible to earn commissions on qualifying sales of Inspirean front-end products generated through their unique affiliate referral link, including but not limited to Genesis, Instantly Rewired audios, Rider tickets, and Harnessing the Power Code, as designated by Inspirean from time to time. Genesis referral commissions are paid at fifty percent (50%) of the qualifying Genesis sale amount. Commission rates for other eligible products are as designated by Inspirean.

    Inspirean utilizes a 90-day cookie attribution window. Under this model, a customer who clicks an affiliate link receives attribution credit for qualifying purchases completed within ninety (90) days of the original referral click, unless otherwise determined by Inspirean.

    Commissions are earned only on completed transactions in which Inspirean successfully receives full payment from the customer. Transactions resulting in refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, cancellations, failed payment plans, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms are not commission eligible and may result in forfeited or reversed (“clawed back”) commissions. If a referral refunds before the commission is paid, the commission will be withheld. If a referral refunds after the commission is paid, Inspirean reserves the right to withhold the equivalent amount from future commission payouts.

    Commission payouts are issued on the 15th of every month for the prior calendar month’s qualifying sales, in U.S. Dollars (USD), through Bill.com or another payment provider designated by Inspirean. There is no minimum payout threshold. International referral partners are paid in USD via Bill.com. Referral partners are solely responsible for providing accurate payment, tax, and account information.

B. Eligibility and Referral Partner Status

• • To participate in the Affiliate Program, referral partners must have completed Inspirean’s Genesis class, remain active Forum community members in good standing, and comply with all Inspirean policies, terms, and applicable laws.

    Inspirean reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, revoke, or terminate referral partner participation or commission eligibility at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, misleading, or non-compliant conduct is suspected.

    Referral partners may not use their own affiliate links to purchase Inspirean products or services for personal benefit, commission generation, self-referral, or commission manipulation.

C. Marketing and Compliance

• • Referral partners agree to market Inspirean ethically and in compliance with all applicable advertising, marketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws, including applicable endorsement and disclosure requirements. Referral partners are required to clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship and any material relationship, compensation, or commission arrangement related to their promotion of Inspirean programs, products, or services, including in social media content, emails, testimonials, reviews, and other promotional communications.

    Referral partners may not:

    • Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding Inspirean programs, products, services, or results
    • Represent Inspirean as providing guaranteed financial, emotional, medical, therapeutic, or personal outcomes
    • Use Inspirean trademarks, brand names, logos, or intellectual property in domain names, paid advertising, social handles, or impersonation-style accounts without prior written authorization
    • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly share Inspirean proprietary materials, sales videos, event recordings, training materials, or copyrighted content without express written permission

    Referral partners are solely responsible for their marketing practices, content, representations, disclosures, and communications.

D. Nature of the Referral Partner Relationship

• • Being part of the Affiliate Program does not constitute being an employee, contractor, or representative of Inspirean. The Affiliate Program provides the opportunity to earn commissions for referring qualified customers to Inspirean programs and products. For tax purposes, referral partners are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on commissions earned and will receive standard tax documentation (such as a 1099-NEC) where applicable.

    Referral partners have no authority to bind Inspirean, make representations on Inspirean’s behalf, or enter into agreements for or on behalf of Inspirean.

E. No Earnings Guarantees

• • Inspirean makes no guarantees regarding referral partner earnings, sales performance, or financial outcomes. Referral partner success depends on numerous factors including marketing efforts, audience engagement, compliance, and market conditions.

F. Program Modification and Termination

• • Inspirean reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Affiliate Program, commission structures, attribution models, payout schedules, eligibility requirements, or program policies at any time and without prior notice.

    Any referral partner found to be in violation of these Terms may be removed from the Affiliate Program immediately, forfeit unpaid commissions, and may be permanently prohibited from future participation.

Affiliate Disclaimer

Approved Inspirean referral partners may earn commissions by referring qualified customers to Inspirean programs, products, and events. Commission eligibility applies only to qualifying sales resulting in completed and fully paid transactions and is subject to Inspirean’s Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.

Affiliate commissions are based on 90-day cookie attribution unless otherwise specified by Inspirean.

Earnings and results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, marketing practices, audience engagement, and other external factors. By participating in the Inspirean Affiliate Program, referral partners agree to comply with all applicable laws, endorsement and disclosure requirements, and Inspirean policies and procedures.

Inspirean reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke referral partner participation or commission eligibility at its sole discretion for violations of program policies, misleading conduct, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance.
